MS Jack with U-Head
Made from MS bright bar of 32 or 36 mm with adjustment up to 225 mm, 350 mm, or 450 mm, or the required size, and provided with MS nuts made from 56 mm bar. Each jack comprises 6 mm thick and 75 mm wide stirrup heads (U-shaped), which are used to hold steel or timber runners.
Fixed Base Plate
Base Plates made out of 150x150x6 mm welded with vertical tube pins or spigots provide plain surfaces to transfer load to the ground uniformly
MS Jack with Base Plate

MS Beam Brackets
Beam supports made out of 40 N.B. 'M 'Tube consist of two arms at 500 mm c/c welded with forged blades. Beam brackets are used to provide support to beam formwork from slab support standards with provisions for accepting U-head jacks. Each beam bracket has a safe load-carrying capacity of 1500 kg.

APU Scaffoldings
A P scaffolding consists of two verticals and one honzontal, both of 48.3 mm OD tube. On vertocals, lugs are welded at 500 mm c/c to provide rigid support to the horizontal, which has built-in three-way clamps welded at both ends to take bracing tube connecting units.
Cuplock Standards
Made out of 40 mm N.B. "M" tubes conforming to I.S. 1161 or I.S. 1239 with the provision of cups at a 500 rpm interval. Welded bottoms are pressed from high-quality steel as per I.S. 1079, and the captive mobile top cups are made out of malleable casting. Both cups provide firm grip to lever blades, making the connection rigid and enduring rough site handling. Standards Sizes: 1.0M, 1.5M, 2OM, 2.5M, and 3.0M, as per the client's requirements.
H Frame Scaffolding
It consists of a rigid welded frame of two vertical 40NB pipes connected by two 32NB pipes as horizontals. Two pieces of 50 NB pipes are welded at the top of the frame to accommodate the bottom of another similar frame. The frames are interconnected by scissors cross braces (20 NB "L") through pins welded to the frames and locked in position by spring clips.
MS Spigot
250-mm long MS spigots made of 3mm thick & 38-mm square pipe is provided at lop of each vertical for making vertical connection Spigots are drilled in two places to receive locking pins.
MS Cantilever Frame
Cantilevers made out of 40N.B.M" Tube with forged blades welded to two arms and with provision for accepting U-head jacks at the other end
Scaffolding Swivel Coupler
Pressed coupler made out of 4mm MS sheets are used for connecting two tubes It may be Swivel Coupler for connecting tunes at any other angle.
Cuplock Ledgers
Made out of 40 mm N.B."M" Tubes conforming to I.S.1161 or I.S.1239 having identical forged blades welded at both ends.
Right Angle Scaffolding Coupler
Pressed coupler made out of 4mm MS sheets are used for connecting two tubes It may be Right Angle Coupler for connectrrig tubes at right angle to each other.

WallForm System

It is a self- supporting system for concrete walls Available in pour heights of 1.25m, 2.5m or as per Client's requirement.
