Tulika Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2000-certified company. We are one of the prominent manufacturers and suppliers of scaffolding and formwork systems, along with other construction equipment and components. The company was launched into business in 1997 under the name Tulika Engineering Works. Today, in a few years, since its incorporation on July 13, 2000, it has established itself as a fast-growing private limited company as well as a manufacturer and sole selling agent, while marketing its range of products under the brand name “TULIKA.”.

The company employs state-of-the-art technology to bring you a formwork system that is lightweight and easy to handle yet strong, durable, and safe for men and materials. We are specialized in designing and manufacturing slipform and mobile shuttering systems for a variety of structures like chimneys, silos, bridge piers, overhead tanks, STP, etc. We have the in-house experience of designing and fabricating a complete hydraulic gantry, for which we have gotten technical approval from our clients. We undertake the design, fabrication, manufacturing, and supply of purpose-made special formwork and pipe jacketing for railways over bridges, flyovers, underground piping, and other pre-cast concrete elements. We also undertake on-site structural fabrication work for godowns, sheds, workshop yards, etc. We provide necessary backup services and complete erection guidance to ensure optimum utilization of the system to achieve the highest quality at the fastest pace without sacrificing safety. We stand apart not only in our quality but also in the fact that we have at our helm qualified mechanical engineers who take personal interest in designing the equipment.

Our Promoter:

Tulika Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is promoted by Mr. P. K. Sinha. 

Mr. P.K. Sinha is an AMIE (Mech. Engg.). He started his career in 1980 with M/S Bhasin Associate Limited, a company involved in the construction of fertilizer, power projects, coal handling plants, sewage, effluent, and water treatment plants. In 1991, he joined M/S ESS Technologies goods and material handling systems.  He started M/S Tulika Engineering Works in 1991 for the manufacturing of scaffolding and other material handling equipment. In the year 2000, we formed a private limited company to manufacture the same items. During the period, he gained vast experience in manufacturing marketing in the field of civil mechanical and electrical construction and other material handling equipment used by various industries in India and abroad. 

What is Scaffolding Formwork

Scaffolding formwork is the backbone of the construction industry. Each type of construction has hazards and safety demands that are peculiar to it. The first and most important aspect of safety is the construction work. Scaffolding formwork is specially designed based on test data, which indicates soil-bearing possible variations in concrete pressures due to temperature, rate of pour, water-cement ratio, admixtures, etc. Formwork manufactured from standard materials and shapes may be used to the maximum extent practicable.

Builders and manufacturers should be aware of the technical know-how of construction and not play with engineering theories just for the sake of a little profit. It is important to note that poorly designed and low-quality scaffolding can lead to accidents. On the part of the building fraternity, Mr. Sinha hopes to see more professionalism. He feels that builders must understand the necessity of hiring a technical person for procurement purposes to ease out the difficulties in analyzing the quality of the of the product.
